Your Mission

You are the key link between E-Commerce, Marketing, and Creative Teams.
With your sense for trends, aesthetics and digital performance, you shape the brand s online presence and optimize the customer journey across markets.

Your Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

• Drive and develop e-commerce and digital marketing activities
• Analyze KPIs and performance data to optimize campaigns and conversion
• Identify trends and opportunities in digital channels

Brand & Creative Coordination

• Coordinate internal teams (Brand, Sales, IT, Design) and external partners
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality content with a strong fashion focus
• Support the development of creative campaigns and storytelling

Marketing Operations

• Manage workflows, timelines, and project processes
• Ensure smooth collaboration between creative and business teams
• Maintain high standards in content, visuals, and brand identity

Partnerships & Influencers

• Support collaborations with influencers and partners
• Ensure professional communication and quality deliverables

Your Profile

Experience & Skills

• Experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Operations, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity and strategic thinking

Personality & Mindset

• Strong fashion affinity and aesthetic sensibility
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
