Dennington Hall Farms is a long-established family farming business managing around 2,000 hectares of owned, tenanted and contract-farmed land and various small scale livestock enterprises.

Four years into our regenerative farming journey, we combine modern agronomy, precision farming and livestock integration with a simple belief: productive, profitable farming and a thriving natural environment should go hand in hand.

We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager who genuinely loves farming: someone who takes pride in growing excellent crops, cares about the land and the detail, enjoys developing people and constantly seeks improvement and opportunities across all areas of a farming business.

You will have a natural passion for and experience in regenerative farming, have experience with livestock and be excited by the real scope to influence the farm's development.
