Family Solicitor/LAA Supervisor - Bootle

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join an established, dedicated and supportive Family Law team in Liverpool.

The role will see you manage a varied caseload of public and private family law matters while undertaking the role of LAA Supervisor. You will handle care proceedings, public law children matters, private children cases and related advocacy, alongside ensuring compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements and maintaining the very highest standards of client care. There will also be opportunities to support and mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued development of the department.

Applicants must be a qualified Solicitor with significant Family Law and Legal Aid experience, including a strong background in public law children work and care proceedings. Candidates must also meet at least one of the Legal Aid Agency Supervisor accreditation requirements, including membership of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme, the Law Society Children Panel, or Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme (Part 1 or Full Membership). Strong advocacy skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently are essential.
