Your caseload will include:

• Financial remedy settlements and applications
• Separation agreements
• Cohabitation disputes and ToLATA matters
• Cohabitation agreements
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse matters, including FLA applications
• Child arrangements matters

To be considered, you should:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years' PQE in Family Law, although exceptional NQs will also be considered
