Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor from 3 years PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team located close to Aylesbury. They are known for their high-quality advice, client care, and supportive working environment, with a strong presence in the local market.Family Solicitor - Position Overview:Manage your own varied private family law caseload, working with clients from initial instruction through to resolution. Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:

• Handle cases involving divorce, financial disputes, and children matters
• Advise on separation agreements and nuptial agreements
• Manage care proceedings and domestic abuse cases
• Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and court
• Maintain high standards of risk management and compliance
• Contribute to the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Promote the firm's values and local reputation

Requirements of the Family Solicitor:

• Qualified UK Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE with experience in Family law.
• Strong track record across a broad range of family matters
• Confident in advocacy and court appearances
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong IT and case management system skills
• Proactive, detail-focused, and approachable
