Job Description

The Family Solicitor will be:

• Advising on complex financial remedy cases, including multi-jurisdictional assets
• Handling international relocation and offshore trust matters
• Managing cases often exceeding £10 million in assets
• Advising on divorce, children matters, injunctions, and nuptial agreements
• Contributing to business development and client relationship building

The Successful Applicant

The Family Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with NQ+ PQE in family law
• Experienced across divorce, financial remedies, children matters, injunctions, and nuptial agreements
• Skilled in managing complex, high-value cases with sensitivity and commercial awareness
• Strong in negotiation and client relationship management
• Ambitious, collaborative, and adaptable to a flexible working environment
