Macks Solicitors are seeking a highly skilled and dedicatedfull time Private Family Solicitor to join our prestigious law firm. As aPrivate Family Solicitor, you will handle a wide range of family law cases,providing expert legal advice and representation to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of private family law matters,including divorce, child custody, financial settlements and prenuptialagreements.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents,whilst representing clients in court hearings.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance toclients, ensuring their best interests are protected.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals tosupport staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Stay updated with changes in family lawlegislation and maintain your expertise.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3 years of experiencein this field would be desirable.
• Strong knowledge of family law principles,procedures and relevant legislation.
• Proven Track record of handling complex familylaw cases with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Exceptional client management and negotiationabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of ateam, with strong time management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining clientconfidentiality and ethical standards.
