Job Description

The Family Solicitor will be:

• 
  
  Managing and progressing a caseload of care proceedings and private children matters
• 
  
  Representing clients at court hearings including care and domestic abuse cases
• 
  
  Providing clear, practical legal advice to vulnerable clients
• 
  
  Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient case management
• 
  
  Maintaining up-to-date case records and meeting all compliance requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Family Solicitor should have a minimum of 2 PQE in family matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying
