Family Office Tax Manager, Single Family Office, London

A London-based single family office is hiring a Family Office Tax Manager to oversee tax matters for two Founders and related entities, reporting to the CFO/COO. A broad private-client mandate spanning personal, corporate, partnership and trust tax plus VAT, succession planning and structuring, with hybrid working available.

The position involves overseeing tax matters for two Founders and related entities, reporting to the CFO/COO.

• Manage tax compliance across personal, corporate, partnership, and trust matters, plus VAT.
• Coordinate tax inquiries and strategy/planning, including succession planning.
• Identify tax optimisation opportunities and model impacts.
• Review investment and sale opportunities for appropriate structures.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and investment advisers.
• Support ad hoc projects.

• Qualified chartered tax accountant with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong UK tax technical depth across private client, fund, and corporate matters; desirable exposure to foreign regimes (US, Europe).
• Family office or private client practice experience.
• Confidentiality, comfort working with principals, proactive communication, meticulousness, commercial awareness, and collaborative independence.
