Family Locum SDA/16097 Job description

An excellent opportunity for a Family Locum has arisen, to join a Private Practice based in West Yorkshire on a temporary basis until Christmas.

Duties

• Handle a caseload of Family matters
• Caseload involves - divorce, child arrangements, financial arrangements, pre nuptials and Tolata cases
• Dealing with the run down of cases until completed

Applications will be considered from candidates that are open to hybrid working and can offer a minimum of 1 day in the office, with the rest being remote. Full and part time applications will also be considered.

The successful candidate can be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal, as long as they have experience dealing with a family caseload.

Hourly rate: £45 - £55 (outside IR35)
