OVERVIEW:
•The main purpose of this role is to manage a caseload of family care matters
•The caseload will include child protection, adoption, and domestic violence cases
•Responsibilities include, representing clients in court proceedings, providing expert legal advice, and working alongside other professionals
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 5 years' experience in family law
•A thorough understanding of family care law and procedures is essential
•The ideal lawyer will hold a Membership of the Law Society's Children Panel
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
