Position Description

A boutique Family Law practice based in Cheshire is currently seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their friendly team.

The successful candidate will be a Family Law Solicitor/Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE, dealing with a full range of family law matters including divorce, finances, and private children.

Your caseload will be wholly privately funded, including mid-range to HNW family matters, not limited to:

• Divorce
• Children Law
• Cohabitation disputes
• Prenuptial agreements
• Mediation
• Separation

Experience or an interest in networking and business development would be desirable.
