Family Law Partner - Boutique Practice - Liverpool

Overview

Opportunity to join one of the most well-respected family law departments in the UK and work as part of a Legal 500 firm that has forged a stellar reputation dealing with HNW & high-profile clients. This opportunity in particular will be to take on a senior role as a Partner within their highly successful Family Law team. This role can offer you:

You will be joining a small team, but with scope to increase headcount and add to the existing client base. This position will be based in their Liverpool city centre office, however, there is an extremely flexible & generous hybrid working policy.

Responsibilities

• Work across a variety of predominantly privately funded matters, including Divorce, Financial remedy, Domestic violence, Children law / Children Act applications, Emergency applications and orders.
• There will be a particular emphasis on Special Guardianship matters.
• Handle complex matters on behalf of HNW individuals and contribute to the management and growth of the department.
• Work with the management team to ensure KPIs are achieved, implement new processes, oversee recruitment, and meet client targets.

Requirements

• Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE and either at Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate level.
• Experience handling complex family law matters and a strong track record with high-net-worth cases.
• Ability to contribute to business development and department growth, with good client relationship management.

Salary and Contact
