Cumberland Council are looking for adynamic and empathetic Participation Officer to support youthvoice initiatives across the region. In this exciting role,you'll lead and deliver youth engagement projects such as YouthCouncils, UK Youth Parliament, and SEND forums - ensuring youngpeople are actively involved in shaping the services that affectthem.
We're looking for someone with experiencein youth work or a related field, who understands participationframeworks and can build strong, respectful relationships withyoung people.
You'll need to be flexible, as the role includes evening andweekend work, and confident working both independently and aspart of a wider team. Join us in creating inclusive spaces whereyoung people feel empowered, valued, and inspired to make adifference.
