Our client is a well known regional law firm with offices in Blackburn. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team renowned for their culture.

As a Family Childcare Solicitor your duties will include:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to family and childcare law.
• Manage legal documents, including court applications and statements.
• Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in relevant legislation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with other professionals.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Offer guidance to clients on procedures and their rights.
• Maintain accurate and organised client records and case files.

A successful Family Childcare Solicitor should ideally have at least 2PQE working in childcare work. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
