Fair Housing Allocations Officer (Hybrid)

East Staffordshire Borough Council is recruiting an Allocations Officer to deliver a fair, transparent and customer-focused housing allocations service. You will assess housing applications, manage the Housing Register, verify evidence and administer Choice Based Lettings including advertising, shortlisting and nominations.

You will liaise with Registered Providers and partner agencies, handling sensitive conversations with applicants and ensuring decisions align with policy and procedure.
