Faculty Operations Lead - Student Experience (Hybrid)

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Plymouth is seeking a Faculty Administration Lead to drive service improvement, provide specialist advice, and deliver data-informed insights for decision-making and service excellence.

You will lead and continuously improve the Faculty's casework resolution, ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, deputise for the Faculty Registrar at meetings, and contribute to enhancing the student experience. On-site presence is required three days a week.
