Factory Worker 5-Shift Rotation Mauser

Wat je gaat doen As a production employee in our IBC department, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality industrial containers that meet our customers' needs. Working in a 5-shift rotation, you'll play an important role in maintaining smooth production processes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on mentality, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn on the job.

What You Will Do:

• assemble: steel pallets and frames to support industrial containers
• finish: metal parts to prepare them for production
• inspect: products coming off the machines to ensure they meet quality standards
• troubleshoot: minor issues and assist colleagues with production tasks
• maintain: a clean and safe working environment in your designated area
