Job Overview

The role is a Weekend Facilities Technician Supervisor that will oversee building maintenance and manage Janitorial Staff within city wide locations.

Salary and Working Hours

Salary: £30,188 - £34,452 (pro rata for part time)

Hours: 12 per week, 52 weeks per year.

Post Details

• Post One - 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (48 minute break)
• Post Two - 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm (48 minute break)

Responsibilities

• Manage a number of Janitorial Staff across allocated buildings.
• Audit facilities and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Apply problem solving skills to address operational issues.

Qualifications

• Proven Staff Supervision experience.
• Experience with IT equipment and software packages.
• Ability to work flexible weekend schedules.
• Driving licence required.
