Facilities Painter (Temporary 9 Week Contract)

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Durham is seeking a Facilities Team Member for a temporary full time contract of about nine weeks. The role pays £13.90 per hour and runs 37.5 hours per week with eight hour shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, five days out of seven.

You will work in student accommodation on painting and decorating, plus basic maintenance and repairs, while keeping the workspace clean and safe. Ideal candidates will have painting experience, basic maintenance ability, and a reliable, punctual,
