Facilities Manager - Hybrid, London Portfolio

Places for London is recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the asset management portfolio across London. The role demands on-site presence with a 60:40 split between office and home, and frequent inspections of properties to ensure safety, compliance and high service standards.

You will work with Property/Asset Managers to manage budgets, coordinate contractors and deliver improvements while upholding sustainability goals. Excellent stakeholder communication is essential.
