Facilities Manager - Flagship Building (3-Month)

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager for a prestigious, multi-occupied commercial property in Manchester on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee both hard and soft services, supplier relationships, and health and safety compliance to ensure exceptional occupier experience.

The role requires 4+ years in facilities management, NEBOSH General Certificate, and strong leadership and contractor management skills. IWFM membership is preferred.
