Main Responsibilities

  • Facilities Help Desk support - 25%

  • Administrative generalist (upkeep of company databases, stock control, post & delivery, meeting announcements, organization of correspondence & filing, facilities & maintenance monitoring, etc.) - 25%

  • Facilities Projects - 20%

  • Company Events - 20%

  • Supporting the Operations team with ad hoc tasks and projects - 10%

Requirements

  • Background experience in facilities, administrative / business administrative support

  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail

  • Fluency in English with strong written and spoken skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Language
Proficiency in English required.
