About Your New RoleWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Contracts Manager to support the delivery of services across a nationwide retail portfolio consisting of 11 sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract performance, supplier relationships, commercial compliance, and client engagement to ensure service excellence across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day administration and governance of FM contracts across a national retail estate.
- Monitor contract performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Review, negotiate, and administer contract renewals, amendments, and variations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead supplier performance management and ensure subcontractor compliance.
- Support financial management activities, including invoicing, forecasting, and cost control.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, operational efficiencies, and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in contract management, facilities management, or commercial management.
- Experience managing multi-site retail or commercial FM contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, supplier management, and commercial processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
