Facilities Assistant / Security needed in Solihull, £13.05ph PAYE - Reference: RQ

Shift Rota: 3 buildings to open and close.

7:30 am - 3 pm - 30 minutes unpaid break.

11:30 am - 7 pm - 30 minutes unpaid break Monday - Friday, an out of hours emergency call and out of hours procedure.

Every 3 weeks rota.

Assess the building with security.

Minimum of 3 hours paid - call out. No standby fee.

• Driving Licence - access to own vehicle. 6 points and under accepted.
• Opening and closing of building willing to provide cover for facilities team.
• Carrying out health and safety inspections and compliance checks - workplace inspections.
• Identify hazards/risks/security - escalating to facilities lead and raise jobs for external companies to resolve.
• Patrol the building.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
