Job Description

The Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) is Capgemini's global co-creation capability. As a Facilitator in the ASE, you will enable our clients to answer these questions by designing and delivering dynamic, empowering events and experiences that create the right conditions to unleash group genius. You will play a pivotal role in delivering long lasting impact; creating the passion, engagement, and momentum to enable our clients to get the future they want.

You will play a key role in developing and managing client and wider Capgemini relationships to build a pipeline of high value collaborative work across all ASE services and offers. This will sit alongside your contribution to the ongoing development and delivery of the ASE strategy, our people's capability, and the broader Capgemini group.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

As a Facilitator, you will be supporting our clients to drive transformation across their business, coach and guide leaders to be bold, as well as playing an integral part in the continued development of the UK ASE.


This means on a weekly basis you would be involved in some, or all the following:
- Leading conversations with client stakeholders across a range of industries, helping them to understand and unlock their key issues and challenges
- Scoping, designing and facilitating large scale and/or complex events and engagements, using a variety of co-creation methodologies and delivery mechanisms i.e. in-person, virtual, hybrid. (Engagements may be a series of events for one client or programme of work, or one-off sessions)
- Scoping and supporting our broader ASE Services; Visualisation, Crowd Innovation and Embedded Collaboration.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and Capgemini stakeholders to ensure we are focused on work that drives the greatest value
- Lead internal projects or workstreams to ensure successful running and development of the ASE
- Guide and mentor ASE team members, contribute to our people development strategy and foster an open, supportive culture

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a bold, curious, creative and experienced facilitator to join our team of designers, technologists and consultants. Our eclectic team of 50 individuals, share a passion for making things better and questioning the status quo. We want to work with people who like to make a difference; someone who is passionate about the role co-creation can play in our fast moving, complex world.

You will bring to the team:
- Facilitation: Multiple years' experience in facilitating senior groups to strong outcomes across multiple day events.
- Methodologies: Expert in co-creation and collaborative methodologies such as Design Thinking, Deep Democracy, Holacracy, Systems Thinking and MG Taylor.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong presence to connect quickly with C-Suite stakeholders and understand their context.
- Consulting/Industry Experience: Significant consulting experience giving you comfort with ambiguity and focused on driving outcomes. Specific experience of working within an industry/sector would be preferable, but not essential.
- Innovation, Creativity and Curiosity: Passionate about making a difference, thinking and working differently, and inspiring others. An interest in technology, and how we can embed it in the delivery of ASE services would be advantageous.

- Continuous Learning: Committed to ongoing learning and encouraging team members to do the same.

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
