We're looking for driven, confident and resilient individuals to join our growing fundraising team, representing Local Hospice Lottery in communities across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for people who are happy, friendly and tenacious, enjoy meeting new people, and bring a good sense of humour to the day-to-day realities of working in the field.

As a self-employed fundraiser, you'll have the flexibility to work when it suits you - while building an income that reflects your effort and consistency.

What you'll do

• Speak directly with members of the public about supporting their local hospice
• Encourage sign-ups to the weekly lottery
• Work in residential areas and selected venues (where available)
• Manage your day in an organised and professional way
• Use a simple digital system to register supporters
• Represent a trusted charity partner with confidence

What we're looking for

• Previous face-to-face fundraising or direct sales experience (essential)
• A driven, resilient and tenacious approach
• Confidence in public-facing conversations
• A happy and friendly personality
• A good sense of humour and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently in an organised and professional manner

Earnings & Benefits

• Average earnings up to £70,000+ per year
• £30 per chance for every supporter you sign up (minimum)
• Weekly pay
• No earnings cap - performance-based income
• Full training and ongoing support
