Façade Manager

Façade Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on an apartment complex in South Dublin. This role suits a Façade Manager with previous experience in a similar role in Ireland or the UK with a Main Building Contractor.

Requirements

• Façade Management experience with a Main Building Contractor.
• Experience in curtain wall installation, with past examples.
• Ensure façade sub contractors comply with specification and contract conditions.
• Ability to review designs, conduct quality checks, and oversee fire compartmentation.
• Attend design team meetings.
• Experience in monitoring/managing scaffolding.
• Work with scaffolds to ensure progress and establish works areas & exclusions.
• Previous experience with access equipment and ability to justify its use.
• Experience coordinating with bolt on balcony installation team and overseeing this process as the scaffold is struck.
• Demonstrate understanding of programme and material management; provide examples of prior involvement.
• Strong H&S awareness, including safe start briefings, toolbox talks, and constant monitoring.

Salary and Benefits
