Fabrication Engineering Lead

Our exciting new start-up is currently searching for a Fabrication Engineering Lead to drive the transition of R&D sized production to larger scale semiconductor production for the company. The role will involve yield analysis and root cause analysis as well as advising on quality from a production perspective. Advising on equipment purchasing and developing and executing an automation roadmap will be required.

Required skills for the Scale-up Semiconductor Manufacturing Expert will include:

• Previous experience of scaling semiconductor production from R&D to foundry
• Yield and root cause analysis, and semiconductor quality experience desirable
• Semiconductor fab and assembly process knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• BSc degree in Physics, Engineering, Electronics or equivalent
