F&B Team Member

Right in the heart of Cheltenham, The Queens Hotel is one of the town's most loved and iconic hotels-full of charm, history, and great people; everything we do is about creating warm, memorable experiences for our guests-and a positive, supportive place to work for our team.

As a Food & Beverage Team Member,(0 Hour Contract , Based on Weekends Availability ) you'll be at the heart of our hospitality service. You'll work across our restaurant, bar, and event space, ensuring guests receive excellent service and feel well looked after.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and serving guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders and delivering them promptly
• Setting up, clearing, and maintaining restaurant and bar areas
• Assisting with hotel events, banquets, and room service where required
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Working as part of a team to deliver a seamless guest experience

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and a great communicator
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A strong team player with attention to detail
• Previous experience in food & beverage service is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
