F&B Team Leader: Elevate Guest Experience in Hospitality

Hotel Indigo Gloucester is recruiting a Food & Beverage Team Leader on a full-time contract. You will lead the F&B team, ensuring exceptional service and upholding Indigo values as we prepare for our 2026 opening.

You will train staff to meet voco standards and manage guest queries as part of a busy hotel team. A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role and a passion for great service and great food and drinks are essential.
