Zur Ergänzung unserer F&B Service Abteilung mit rund 15 Mitarbeitenden, Trainees und Lernenden suchen wir eine erfahrene, selbständige und proaktive Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit hoher Affinität zu Gästezufriedenheit und Qualitätsbewusstsein.

To complement our F&B Service department with around 15 employees, trainees, and apprentices, we are looking for an experienced, independent, and proactive hospitality professional with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and quality awareness.

Einleitung - Introduction

• Gewährleistung eines professionellen, herzlichen und effizienten Serviceablaufs in allen F&B Outlets (Restaurant/Bar, Seminar-Banquet, Room Service)
• Sicherstellung einer klaren und effektiven Kommunikationsstruktur im Team sowie abteilungsübergreifend
• Kontrolle, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung operativer Prozesse
• Einführung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Standards gemäss betrieblichen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
• Leitung, Einsatzplanung und Motivation des F&B Service Teams
• Schulung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der F&B Service Mitarbeitenden
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller Brand Standards sowie Unterstützung bei F&B Marketingaktivitäten
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams - von der Rekrutierung bis zur Personalentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung
• Steuerung relevanter Kennzahlen (Umsatz, Kosten, Produktivität) sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Forecasts, Business Reviews und Budgetplanungen
• Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des kulinarischen Konzeptes
• Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation, Preisgestaltung und beim Einkauf von Food- und Non-Food-Artikeln
• Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft - Sie führen von vorn und leben Ihren Gastgebergeist

• Ensure a professional, warm, and efficient service in all F&B outlets (Restaurant/Bar, Seminar-Banquet, Room Service)
• Maintain a clear and effective communication structure within the team and across departments
• Monitor, optimize, and further develop operational processes
• Implement, maintain, and control standards according to company and legal requirements
• Lead, schedule, and motivate the F&B Service team
• Train, coach, and support the development of service staff
• Ensure compliance with all brand standards and support F&B marketing activities
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership of the team - from recruitment to personnel development in collaboration with HR
• Manage relevant KPIs (revenue, costs, productivity) and assist in preparing forecasts, business reviews, and budget planning
• Contribute to the design and development of the culinary concept
• Support in costing, pricing, and procurement of food and non-food items
• Actively participate in daily operations - lead from the front and embody your hospitality spirit

• Completed vocational training in hospitality
• Initial professional experience in a comparable leadership position, ideally in international chain hotels
• Strong hospitality skills, excellent communication, and a hands-on mentality
• High social competence, team spirit, natural authority, and an independent, organized, and proactive working style
• Good user knowledge of common systems (MICROS POS, Mirus, MS Office; Opera PMS is an advantage) and affinity for modern workflows
• Entrepreneurial thinking, numerical understanding, and cost awareness
• Excellent organisational skillsnitiative and passion for high quality and service
• Very good written and spoken German and business English skills
• Well-groomed, confident manner and an approach tailored to our discerning international guests
