F&B Operations Lead - Southern Parks (Fixed Term)

Haven is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operational Support Manager to support Southern parks on a fixed-term contract to end May 2027. Field-based with regular travel to parks and the office, you will partner with park teams to drive F&B strategy, guest delight and brand standards.

You will coach Heads of F&B, manage performance, ensure safety and compliance, and share best practice through data-led training and continuous improvement.
