Are you a passionate and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently recruiting dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming nurseries, pre-schools and primary schools throughout Coventry and Warwickshire.

Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to develop your career within Early Years, we have a variety of opportunities available. You'll have the chance to work alongside experienced teachers and Early Years professionals, supporting children during those important first years of their education.

WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE

• Supporting learning and development - helping children develop their communication, language, literacy, numeracy and physical skills.
• Assisting with activities - supporting teachers with fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework.
• Supporting individual children - providing additional help to children who may need extra support with their learning or development.
• Observing children - observing and recording children's progress, interests and development to support assessment.
• Promoting communication - encouraging children to talk, listen, express themselves and develop their vocabulary.

WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO WORK WITH ASPIRE PEOPLE?

• An enhanced DBS on the update service
• EYFS qualification
• In date safeguarding and allergy training
• References covering the last two years of your employment
• A minimum of 2 years UK education experience
• Advanced knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
