Salary: MPS (London Fringe) £35,602 - £48,479

Our client, a welcoming and well established primary school in Potters Bar, is seeking an enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join their dedicated team on a full time basis to cover maternity leave from September 2026. • Deliver engaging, creative and well planned lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.

• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• A sound understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A nurturing, enthusiastic and child centred approach to teaching.
• The ability to inspire curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
