As an External Multi Trader, you'll work on a variety of domestic and commercial projects across Andover, carrying out external improvement works while enjoying consistent work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after an initial three month period.

This opportunity is with a well established contractor known for delivering high quality projects and maintaining strong relationships with its clients. You'll be joining a supportive team that values skilled tradespeople and takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to move into a permanent External Multi Trader position after three months, offering a salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Laying patios and carrying out hard landscaping works
• Installing and repairing fencing to a high standard
• Completing rendering and external finishing works
• Undertaking a range of groundwork duties
• Carrying out general external property improvements
• Supporting with internal maintenance and refurbishment works where required

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience carrying out patio laying, fencing, rendering, and groundworks
• Experience working as an External Multi Trader or in a similar role
• The ability to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience with internal trade works would be advantageous
