You will receive a truly unique opportunity to collaborate with Senior Catastrophe Risk professionals across the market and subject matter experts across Market Performance (Underwriting, Insurance Solutions, Claims, Reinsurance, New Entrants) at Lloyd's. Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyse syndicate-level natural and non-natural catastrophe risk. Assessments of syndicates' Catastrophe Risk Appetites. Support operational and technical evaluations to enhance exposure management practices. You will need the following technical understanding and stakeholder engagement skills: Principles underpinning the assessment of catastrophe risk, including probability, risk modelling and catastrophe modelling Catastrophe modelling practice, ideally from an underwriting organisation Challenges, issues and trends in exposure management and catastrophe modelling Ability to explain complex technical information effectively to a variety of stakeholders Ability to communicate confidently at a senior level and demonstrate technical credibility Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders Ability to structure and distil information concisely and clearly If you share our values - we are brave; we are stronger together; we do the right thing - and want to bepart of and learn from a senior team that shapes the future of exposure managementthen come join the team!Diversity and inclusion are a focus for us - Lloyd's aim is to build a diverse, inclusive environment that reflects the global markets we work in.
