Expert Specialist - EMS HCP Contract to Pay (Spanish Speaking)

Organization Overview

Global Business Solutions is a global partner born in finance that provides unique capabilities to accelerate the value Lilly brings to patients. The Enterprise Meeting Services HCP Contract to Pay (EMS) team supports meeting owners with meeting planning & oversight, Health Care Provider contracts and payments execution, and the reporting of transfer of value (TOV) to enable compliance with the EFPIA Disclosure Code. The EMS teams located in GBS complete HCP contracting, payment, expense reimbursement and compliance support and work cross functionally with key partners within Lilly, GBS, Global and International Meetings & Congresses networks, and other connected functions such as Global Transparency, Global Customer Operations (GCO) and Ethics & Compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent contracting and payment support to external Healthcare Professionals and internal affiliate business partners.
  • Act as the "go to" information resource for Contract to Pay queries from both external HCPs and internal partners.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through the end to end coordination and execution of the Contract to Pay process in a compliant manner, including pre contracting data management.
  • Ensure efficient and effective issue resolution across the Contract to Pay process and pre contract data management aspects.
  • Maintain adherence to anti corruption requirements when interacting with and engaging HCPs.
  • Ensure compliance with data capture requirements to support Lilly's TOV disclosure, and support data correction and reporting queries from the Global Transparency team pre or post publication.
  • Monitor the daily operational dashboard to ensure compliance with pre defined SLAs.
  • Support global/regional EMS projects focusing on Contract to Pay and pre contracting data management.
  • Support the team by providing coverage and training for new members, demonstrating flexibility and self initiative.
  • Assist with support in other markets and languages where warranted by line manager decisions.
  • May involve up to 10% international travel.
Qualifications
  • 2-3years of customer facing experience with strong communication and compliance skills.
  • Experience in legal/contracting, travel & meetings support is an advantage.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAPP2P, MSOffice.
  • Knowledge of contracting systems is an advantage.
