As an Expert Global HR Mobility Quality Control & Compliance in the Global Transfer Steering Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliance of our program with immigration labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements. Collaborating closely with other team members, you will spearhead the definition of quality standards and conduct comprehensive internal audits to review and enhance our services and operations.

  • Compliance Excellence: You will be instrumental in ensuring our organization's adherence to immigration labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements. This will involve closely monitoring changes in these areas and proactively implementing necessary measures to maintain compliance.
  • Strategic Process Documentation: You will lead the development and maintenance of robust process documentation for various Global Mobility services. By ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency, you will empower our team to deliver exceptional services and achieve operational excellence.
  • Performance Audits and Continuous Improvement: Leveraging your expertise, you will conduct rigorous audits to assess the effectiveness of our services and operations. Through meticulous analysis, you will identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to optimize our quality control measures.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: A key aspect of your role will involve establishing strong partnerships with stakeholders and technical partners. By fostering effective communication as collaboration, you will identify improvement needs, drive alignment, and facilitate the successful implementation of changes in relevant systems.
  • In summary, in this role you will be ensuring compliance, driving process excellence, conducting audits, coordinating with partners, sharing knowledge, and spearheading process optimization initiatives. Your contributions will strengthen our Global Mobility and elevate our organization's overall performance.
  • university graduate
  • seven years of professional experience, especially in the field of Global Mobility and auditing/quality control
  • strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge, as well as experience working with Global Mobility technology tools (e.g. Assignment Pro)
  • process mapping experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in English and German
  • Location-independent position, which can be held from any location in BASF Legal Entities
  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options (if position is held in Germany)
