What is the job?We're lucky to work with fantastic clients such as the BBC, easyJet, AJBell, Hastings Direct, Primark, Premier Inn and YOOX Net-A-Porter Group. Helping them to innovate and continuously improve through research and experimentation, and helping them to mature and scale their experimentation programmes.
We're looking for an Experimentation Delivery Manager with 3+ years of practical experience in fast paced digital environments, either from an in-house or consultancy / agency background.
You'll work closely with our Strategy, UX, Development, and QA teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality experiments at pace. You'll be the engine that keeps projects moving, ensuring we deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standard.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone with a passion for experimentation and the organisational skills to manage multiple high-velocity projects.
This is a hybrid role based in our Central London office with flexibility to work from home 4 days a week.
We need you to- Manage the experiment delivery for a handful of enterprise-level clients.
- Work with the Strategy, UX, Development and QA teams to deliver innovative, high-impact online experiments (A/B/n Tests).
- Work closely with our in-house designers and developers (client-side and full-stack) and QA team to ensure that A/B/n tests are built to a very high standard and delivered on time.
- Contribute to UX Research projects, ensuring they run on time and on budget.

- Exemplary communication and client skills.
- Deep experience using project management tools such as Notion, Airtable or Jira
- A knowledge and a passion for Experimentation, Optimisation, Product and Digital Innovation.
- Knowledge of at least one enterprise-level experimentation platform (e.g. Optimizely, ABTasty, Monetate, Adobe Target, Kameleoon, StatSig, Eppo, GrowthBook, ABSmartly etc.)
- Awareness of digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency in the various types of experiments e.g. A/B/n, Personalisation, MVT, Multi-channel.
- Accreditations or certificates with Experimentation and Analytics platforms as well as any relevant courses in Optimisation or Experimentation.
