Experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer 5 + PQE

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced residential property solicitor/conveyancer (5+ years) to join our Residential Department. The successful candidate will work within a supportive, growth oriented environment that offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and part time options.

Key Responsibilities

• Run a varied caseload, including sales and purchases, re mortgages, easements, transfers of equity and sales of properties.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong client service ethic.
• Support the team's proactive approach to business development and build your own reputation within the market.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years' experience (PQE) in residential property law.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with clients.
• Hard working, motivated to develop a career in residential property.
