A well-established and highly regarded Yorkshire law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Huddersfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client specialist looking to take on a varied and high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a loyal client base and play a key role in the continued development of the department.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Court of Protection matters
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families

The role offers genuine autonomy, the opportunity to mentor junior team members, and involvement in business development activities.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant Private Client experience
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
• STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
