Join our Lanesborough Grill team at The Lanesborough, awarded No. 1 Hotel in London by Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards. Located near Hyde Park and London's luxury shopping districts, this historic mansion features 93 luxurious rooms, modern British dining, the Library Bar, Garden Room, and the Lanesborough Club & Spa.

Candidate Profile

As Executive Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef, demonstrating creativity, teamwork, and leadership to inspire colleagues and uphold standards of excellence.

Key Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants preferred
  • Proven ability to manage service operations
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 preferred but not essential (training provided)
  • Excellent technical and natural cooking skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting when required
