Job Description

The Role

We are looking for an executive search Research Associate to join our research team in Brussels. You will be involved in a wide variety of activities including the entire value chain of the search process from assisting in the identification of business development opportunities through the executive search process to the closure of an assignment.


The ideal candidate will bring 2-6 years of professional experience.


Key competencies and experiences required for this role include:


  • Initial experience in management consulting or HR-related topics.
  • Analytical with high-level of intellectual curiosity. Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and quickly identify the salient points and insights.
  • Results-oriented with strong project management capabilities. Self-starter with drive and tenacity to excel. Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking, meeting multiple deadlines and managing several stakeholders. Forensic attention to detail.
  • Relationship-builder and influencer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, particularly the ability to partner with all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce quality, well-structured documentation for clients.
  • Experience or strong interest in Financial Services.


A university degree from a respected institution is preferred. Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English as well as Dutch and/or French. Knowledge of any other language is an asset.
