Executive IT Desk-Side Support Specialist (AV & Onsite)

HCL Technologies Limited Ireland is seeking a Senior Administrator in Desk Side Services to deliver expert IT support for executives across onsite and remote environments. You will troubleshoot complex issues, install and upgrade hardware/software, and support collaboration and AV needs for high-visibility meetings.

The role requires 2+ years in desktop hardware, Microsoft 365, and executive support. A bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience is expected, with on-call flexibility.
