Executive Head Chef - Bedfordshire - £55k

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Executive Head Chef for my client's site the Bedford area.

My client is one of the UK's leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting someone to head up the food operation within this multi-faceted venue, with a mix of both counter service restaurant and a thriving Conference & Events department.

As the Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 20 staff ensuring the food remains of the highest standard, is always evolving and on trend, innovative and nutritious. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

Currently at Executive Head Chef or Head Chef level

Have proven background within contract catering

High-volume experience, catering for 1000+ per day

A hands on leader who is happy to roll their leaves up and get stuck in

Working predominantly Monday to Friday, but with this being a 7 day operation, you will need to work weekends to suit the demands of the business
