Executive Consultant - Business Transformation 
Location: Montreal or Quebec City
Job overview Your daily challengePursue your career within a management boutique where you will have the following responsibilities:
- Designing the transformation process and supporting our clients' transformations:
- Planning meetings and deliverables
- Information gathering (client or market)
- Design and facilitation of workshops
- Preparation and facilitation of work sessions
- Production of reports/syntheses/deliverables
- Conducting interviews
- Execution of implementation strategy and change management activities
- Client relationship management and business opportunity identification
- Manage team and development of consultants on assignment
- Project management (schedule, budget) and reporting on progress
- Contribution to the development of the firm on various working committees and special projects
- Active contribution to business development:
- Participation in the preparation of service offers to clients
- Writing of blogs or other publications
- Participation in networking events
- Live and convey the values of boldness, openness, benevolence and humility to your colleagues and clients
You are unique and stand out with your:
- Graduate degree in management, strategy, organizational development or change management (or other relevant field)
- Minimum 5 years of professional consulting experience
- Concern for client and colleague satisfaction through quality work, interpersonal skills, and sound management
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Curiosity and interest in personal development
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to give and receive feedback
- Ability to conceptualize and synthesize information
- Versatility and adaptability
- Intrapreneurial spirit, initiative, and responsibility
- Mastery of MS Office software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
