The Role


We are looking for a brilliant, highly motivated individual to work directly with our CEO and Founder as her right hand. This role is key to supporting the management and strategic execution of SKINVITY's roadmap, helping take the company to its next stage of growth.


You will work across areas such as business analysis, finance, project execution, operations and team coordination - with full exposure to the strategic heart of the company and its day-to-day rhythm.

What We're Looking For


  • 5+ years of experience in consulting (strategy, restructuring, M&A) or auditing (Big Four or equivalent).
  • Experience in scaling businesses, digital models or ecommerce is highly valued.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills - must be confident working with budgets, KPIs, business cases and growth scenarios.
  • Experience in operations or business execution will be positively valued.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
  • A deep interest in entrepreneurship, innovation and digital business models.
  • High motivation, curiosity and resilience. A can-do mindset is a must.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Excel is a must.
  • A track record of high performance, either academically (top of class, scholarships, honors) or professionally (fast-track progression, standout reviews, exceptional achievements), is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Your Responsibilities


  • Act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO: from defining priorities to helping execute them.
  • Provide data-driven analysis to support decision-making across the business (product, marketing, supply, talent, etc.).
  • Coordinate high-impact projects and help structure new initiatives.
  • Prepare strategic materials, business models and reporting documents.
  • Contribute to streamlining operations and driving efficiency across teams.
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners, advisors and team members on behalf of the CEO.
