Executive Assistant to IT Directors

12-Month Fixed-Term ContractMayfair Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home

Salary: £60,000 per annum

An established financial services firm is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support a group of IT Directors. This is a 12-month FTC role, suited to someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, relaxed team environment where personality and team fit are genuinely valued.

Supporting senior stakeholders within IT, you will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The hiring team is specifically seeking candidates with solid PA/EA experience.

• Full EA support to multiple IT Directors
• Complex diary management and meeting scheduling
• Inbox management and coordination of internal communications
• Preparing documentation and materials for meetings
• Arranging travel where required
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders
• General administrative support and ad-hoc tasks

• Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders (Director level or above)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a friendly, down-to-earth approach
• Comfortable working in a sociable office environment
• Good sense of humour and positive attitude - cultural fit is important

• Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
• Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
