Role Summary

You'll serve as the CEO's trusted right hand, ensuring seamless coordination across business, personal, and family commitments. The role blends high level executive support with lifestyle management, requiring discretion, foresight, and exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Lifestyle Management & Personal Support
  • Coordinate international travel, private residences, and family logistics
  • Manage household staff, suppliers, and service providers
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
  • Ensure smooth day to day operations across all personal domains
Executive & Business Support
  • Manage complex diary, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Act as first point of contact for investors and senior stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc projects, research, and investment related reporting
Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • Graduate calibre with experience supporting senior leadership in finance, investment, or private client settings
  • Exceptional organisational and anticipatory skills
  • Professional and articulate communicator
  • High emotional intelligence and integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools
  • Calm, proactive, and ownership driven mindset
